Eyes in form of sub-heimspherical tubercles which appear as mere lobes of the glabella at its posterior lateral portions, since their separation from it appears as mere shallow furrows. Thorax, as figured by Keyes, contains nine segments. Its greatest width is slightly less than the greatest width of cephalic shield, while its length is equal to or a little greater than the length of the cephalic shield. It is distinctly three lobed and the axial lobe is slightly narrower than the lateral lobes. Pygidium equal in length to the cephalic shield, length equal to or a little greater than the breadth; widest in front, nearly straight laterally, sharply curved behind, very convex; axial lobe raised considerably
