Wed Jan 21 not very warm snowed a little a little sunshine but not much I iarned senubet made 2 dryed apple pies and some crackers Mr & Mrs John Johnston Dell Curtiss Will Mattock & Charly Lang was all here this Eve had quite a good time Dell stayed all night Th Jan 22 it hasent been overly warm to day tryed to snow dident make out very well Dell stayed until after dinner Lintha and Jim is playing checkers Wallace is playing the mouth organ I dident do any thing special to day got the 3 meals besides other little nesseries that in such as dusting & sweeping our (Arnenar Christ Nuesserli?) was here this Evening (illegible) got our flat iarner this evening Jim and father halled oats from the Runer farm mother made Jim pants
