Th April 30 A windy day the men went after pines trees this afternoon I went to Mary Rathlisbergers this afternoon I cleaned the front bedroom this fornoon Fri May 1 quite a nice day a little cold this morning Mother & father set out the trees to day & plowed up the orchard & garden I put the front bedroom carpet down & set things to right Bela Rathlisberger was here this afternoon came after a white (pina?) & brought me some slips sat May 2 has been cold day tried to rain but dident made out we made garden to day set out asparagrass bed Mrs Ogle gave it to us Mrs Rathlisberger sent Mother a (pina?) sun May 3 A cold windy day Mother father Jim & I was at Morts & shelled our seed corn Mort sold daisi got $1.25 Wallace went a fishing Bill went to Elgin
