Mon apri 7 A cold windy day I dident do any ting to day but get the meals I was all froze up ground froze so the men couldent work in the fields Father went to Gus smiths for grape vines to day Kattie Robbins & children Lena Ashelman & children was here a while. Tues apri 8 A nice day I washed this fornoon cleaned out the front bed room ready for painting Mary Ogle was here this afternoon wed apri 9 A lovely day I painted the front bed room Wallace commenced seeding to day Rev Kirsch our new minister was here for dinner Wallace & Mother went to church this eve the Methodist are holding meeting Bretnall & Robinson
