Mon apri 14 A lovely day I washed cleaned the front yard Mary Wickham & her little boy was here for supper Father & Wallace planted some potatoes to day Tues Apri 15 A nice day I ironed cleaned the back yard took up the kitchen carpet Wallace commenced halling timber for the barn it is trying to rain we nead rain very bad it froze last night Wallace & I was down to Herve Robbins this eve Wed Apri 16 A real nice day a little chilly I commenced to clean the front room am painting we had a peddler for dinner Mother went over to Nora Patterson this afternoon th Apri 17 A nice day Mrs Allen Bessie Mrs Conner was here this afternoon Fred E Mort K Stephen F Wilber P charley R Pete A Fremont all helped us hall barn timbers to day
