Tues sept 2 A lovely day I ironed this fornoon Mother & I papered part of the kitchen to day looks fine Father helped Lan Richards thresh to day I am very tired so good night wed sept 3 A chilly windy day I suppose Wallace is a married man to night he was to be Married at 12 oclock to day we finished papering the Kitchen to day I am very tired th sept 4 A beautiful day Mother & I went to the West Union fair with Lina to day had a good time am very tired & sleepy Fri sept 5 we had a rainy afternoon Father & I went to Elgin this fornoon & got a new pare of fine shoes linings for my Tailor suit & engaged Mrs Blou to sew it
