mon sept 29 a gloomy fornoon rained this afternoon it is still raining we washed Fred E Mort K Fremont & Herve R Pete was all here helping to put the roofs on the sheds this afternoon dident get it finished Tues sept 30 a beautiful day I made apple butter ironed some the men finished putting the roofs on the shed this fornoon I have a very bad cold wed Oct 1 a lovely day I finished making apple butter I have been almost sick to day such a cold th Oct 2 A real nice day Father went with Herve to get lumber to day Mr Rob Wilson was here this afternoon Fri Oct 3 A chilly day cloudy Effie & I was over tto the girls after Corofapples?
