Mon Oct 12 A gloomy rainy fornoon cleared of this afternoon it is a fine bright evening Rev Kirch called this evening Tues Oct 13 A nice day we had a heavy frost last night everything was froze stiff this morning we washed & ironed to day Mother came home the men worked on the road to day Wed Oct 14 A nice day I gathered beans this afternoon Liz & Robert was here for supper them Mother Effie & Wallace went to church this eve it is a beautiful bright light moon th Oct 15 A beautiful bright warm day Effie & I went to Wadena this afternoon Ella Jennings & Maggie Whitenbough called to sell capons for a rug
