there is to be total eclips of the moon to night but I wont stay up to see it will be so late Fri Oct 17 A nice day the thresher are here this eve it is trying to rain this eve we made our kraut to day sat Oct 18 we threshed this fornoon I helped Kattie Robbins to cook for threshers this afternoon Perle came over with her Pa to day I am very tired & sleepy sun Oct 19 A nice day I went to sunday school was no church Wallace & Effie was at John Kethlinberger for dinner they went to (endena?) this eve I am sleepy so good night Mon Oct 20 A beautiful day Effie & I went to Elgin to day eat dinner at uncle Jack Pattersons had a nice time called at Mrs Allens
