the scratch house & went home Mother & I finished quilting my worked block quilt today sun Jan 15 a very cold day we all went to ss but Father F Q Brown preached mon Jan 16 a very cold day I cleaned the cubord & swept all over Mother put the last quilt in to day we have to quilt in Russells (illegible) Tues Jan 17 a nice day snowed some this morning & last night Lena is making me 2 waists I am helping her wed Jan 18 a stormy day prety cold I had a birthday got 4 pretty birthday cards we finished my waists to day
