Transcript of notes taken on 27 October 1955 after U.A.R.R.P. meeting in Aberdeen. Based on conversations with W. J. O'Sullivan of N.A.C.A. and L. M. Jones of University of Michigan. (a) N.A.C.A. investigated (about a year ago - Spring 1955) four possible suppliers of improved Deacon type rockets *(1) Thiokol (2) Allegany Ballistics Laboratory (3) Aerojet (4) Grand Central (also aware of Atlantic Research (Arcite)). (b) N.A.C.A. reviewed the 4 proposals and selected Thiokol as best overall. (c) N.A.C.A. contracted with [Thiokol?] for development of their proposed Cajun
