On Wednesday, 22 August Charles Halsey (Abbie's brother) of (Halsey, Kelling, Westhampton Beach) started building a new room on the comp. [architectural plan/sketch/picture] architectural building sketch including existing building, new 23 x 20 feet room, and new open deck 23rd }-- foundation and floor completed 24th }-- side wall framing up 25-26th }-- rafters up, part of open deck laid, some windows and doors framed 1st September -- largely finished with exception of some trimmings, railings on deck, etc. 5 September -- work finished on new room and deck -- also a new shower stall off the northeast porch
