We (Ludwig, McDonald, and I) gave them every encouragement and I agreed to push their case in the forthcoming TPESP meeting. ----------- Also we agreed to continue to develop realistic plans for flight of our equipment -- Ludwig will visit ABMA later (in May or June), to get together on details. ---- Spin ~ 500 r.p.m. g ~ 200 Can receive TM [transmission?] for ~8 minutes per pass. They are preparing detailed report on their satellite capabilities.
