9/4/1958 By virtue of the experiment just "completed" on behalf of the A.E.C. & AFSWP with 1958 E, we have been able to do the ideal, importantly necessary experiment on the soft radiation effect in outer space - namely inject artificially a quantity of electrons (of more or less known amount) and follow in space and in time their subsequent history.
