sat May 25 A very warm day we nead rain very bad I am tired worked hard all day good night sun May 26 we had a fine rain this afternoon every thing looks fine Mon Mar 27 we had a heavy rain last night with thunder & lightning was nice a nice day we made 8 qts apple butter Tues May 28 A fine day Father went over to Lizes Mother Aulden was at the cemetery most of the day Mrs & Mr Nestren
