Tues Oct 5 a chilly day we washed wed Oct 6 I ironed patched a cold day th Oct 7 a very cold day I made 4 qts tomato pickles Lena & Wallace went to Wadena Ella stayed with me I sent 30 doz case of eggs got 22 cts 6.60 a good price Fri Oct 8 A cold windy day Isac & (sir conner?) came here this eve sat Oct 9 we had a hard frost last night killed all the flours froze ice I baked bread am very tired & sleepy Wallace
