sun May 9 we had a fine rain this afternoon thundered quite hard a few times the first we hear this spring only some time I thot I heard it a long way off just heard & that it was thunder is a lot cooler this eve just W L & A L went to church to day Mon May 10 not very warm turned very cool after the rain we had a fine rain at630 this morning Wallace was at Wadena most all day after the old hupp came home went to Elgin & Clearmont we made Mary some pants she neaded them ad enough
