gone to Elgin this eve to get meat for dinner tomorrow will fill silo if it doesent rain Dorthas Dad came after her this eve sat Oct 2 A lovely morning clouded up this afternoon a few sprinkles fell we had the silo fillers for dinner & supper got it filled thank fortune Henry Craft came over with Aurthur his boy & sun Oct 3 we had a heavy rain all day thundered & lightned about 5 am we was all home all day Dorthas dad
