Aulden went to take a treatment from Dr Reiners sun Nov 7 A nice day layed around & rested Wallace & the girls went to church the rest of us stayed home mon Nov 8 A lovely morning that is warm but gloomy but turned colder about noon & is just auful cold this eve such a cold wind the men was sheading at I F shaffers broke down so I F W L & Fred R went to Elkader to see about getting it fixed the men said they would come up & see about it in the morning Lena washed I ironed some & patched
