wed Dec 8 A good day Russell went after Ella brot her home this eve him Aulden Ella & Dorothy went to Martha Chapmans this eve to league & a birthday surprise on Delbert Russell took the sleigh after Ella there are lots of snow Lena washed Wallace butchered a hog I am so tired & sleepy so good night th Dec 9 a pretty good day we made sausage & head chees fryed out lard the cow tester came this eve Dick Williams Wallace the boys Ella & Dorothy went to the church this eve to farm bureau meeting the boys went to Elgin got a load of coal
