wed Nov 1 A rainy day Wallace was gone to Wadena all day the farmers took the creamery today wa quite a lot too do th Nov 2 A gloomy day misty at times is turning colder this eve (noves?) had a little heafer calf this morning of which we was all so glad Wallace is plowing we are making apple butter I have been patching most all day Fri Nov 3 A nice day Lena husked corn all day Mary & I kept house sat Nov 4 we had rain this morning cleared of at noon the men are plowing got one
