haven't seen him for so many years Wallace & the boys has gone to Wadena this eve Illyria put on a play down there & they were in it wed Dec 20 not so cold to day Wallace took 4 loads hogs to Elgin Sam Flanagan had dinner here today Russel sold 2 cows to day to Rudy schanz for one hundred & ten dollars good price th Dec 21 the shortest day of the year Wallace Lena the girls & I all went to West Union came home by Elgin we had a down tier before we got to Elgin I am so tired & sleepy
