short horn breaders picnic I was to tired to go I stayed home & rested we sold Alta Brotan 12 qts cherries for 15 cts a quart I slept a couple hours got up & patched a lot sat July 7 this has been a very warm day might say hot it was hot we put our dinning room to right today the men put the first hay in the barn this afternoon they all three took a load of hogs to Elgin this fornoon took 20 Fred Rothlisberger halled a load in his truck was a bad day to hall hogs was so affal hot we sold 8 qts cherries this morning could of sold more if we had them I have just taken my bath
