sun Dec 2 A nice day very muddy roads bad freezing this eve & froze last night Lena the little girls & I went to see Grace P this afternoon a while I put my long pants on today mon Dec 3 A fine day Wallace & Lena went to Fayette today to a farm bureau meeting I striped husk all afternoon Mary Aulden & I was alone all day they went at 10 AM got back at 6.30 PM Wallace & Aulden has gone over to Elgin after a boar hog this eve started at 9 oclock Tues Dec 4 not so nice as yesterday a chilly wind Wallace
