for Lina Williams went with them they got stuck in the mud had to be pulled out I stayed alone Tues Oct 11 A not very nice day rained a little I went down to Wadena with Ella this morning spent the day with Lina Perle & Claude & Hariot Niss came near noon Wed Oct 12 A cold rainy day is just awful cold this eve we made 12 pints of mixed pickles some kraut the men helped fill silo at Fred schneiders today we got a litter from each one of the boys today th Oct 13 A cold nasty day Lena finished making the Kraut Robert Klingman was here to supper Charley took him home the rest have gone to Farm bureau meeting at the church I am alone this eve good night
