wed Aug 28 A nice day we made 7 qts applebutter 5 glasses of jell I haven't been well all day Aulden & Ella has gone to Arthur Chapmans to league this eve Kiet & Luther Haught called to see us today Wallace & Walter Rothlisberger went out soliciting for the preacher this afternoon done real well th Aug 29 A nice day Osker (Tillie?) had dinner & supper here today Wallace went out with him soliciting Lena & the girls went to Elgin this afternoon I went as far as Ogles stayed till they came back I am making myself 3 pare of pants Lena called at Bessie shaffers got some appels Fri Aug 30
