Thurs Dec 26 Warmer to day. Ella came home this evening she and the Kerr girls were invited to spend the evening over at Ogle's So she is over there. The men ground feed today. Fri Dec 27 A beautiful day. I fixed the lining of Ella's coat and did some mending The men cut wood this afternoon. Sat Dec 28 A part of the day was cloudy Aulden went to Elgin and got Mr Miller to butcher the hog, took him back again after dinner.
