Wed Feb 9 a fine day Lena washed I moped Wallace halled a load of hogs to Elgin this afternoon for F Ogle brot a load of coal home Eva A & his little girl was here this afternoon a while th Feb 10 A nice day Wallace took Russell calf (Naves?) to Elkader she was no good the man he bought her of took her back & gave him back the price he paid for her Eva A called after a paper I patched Lena sewed on her dress Fri Feb 11 a nice day snowed some we ironed Frank Kohler & Clarence Shaffer was here this afternoon the autos has run most all winter
