9 REPORT OF BIJOU THEATRE, WOONSOCKET, R.I., Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, June 23, 24 and 25. MARGARET FORD--- Singer of Songs of Today--She sings in a baritone voice also a clear soprano--very neat appearance. 8 min. in one; went good. FORD & CUNNINGHAM--- Man and woman; comedy act; this act is full of funny situations; windup with dancing; 13 min. in one; went good. BREEN FAMILY--- Featuring Miss Nellie Breen in a Genuine Novelty--This act consists principally of dancing and juggling--Miss Nellie does a toe dance. Open in one with the two girls in a bear dance (dressed as bears) then to full stage--This act went over big. 15 min. [AS Watson?] Report on the show at the "Scenic" the Week of June 9-19 The Educated Pony Sultan. Very good. Guerro & Carmen. "Violin & Harp". A nice act. High class. Eddie Hastings. "Eccentric Juggler" Fairly good act. Imhoff, Conn & Coreene. "In a pest house." A very funny act. Went very good, lot of talk around town about this act. Good show. Thursday LaEmma & [illegible]. "Aerial Aatists" A good act. Went very good. Winkle & Dean. "Piano & Songs" This act went very good the hit of the show. Skipper, Kennedy & Reeves. "College Campus Capers. Comedy singing trio. Act got over only fair. "Oh: George" A Comedy Satire. My impression the act was poor. [Moddy?]
