Report on the Scenic Show Week Sept. 13th. 1920 Bender & Herr "Gymnastic Act" A very good act, do some unusual work. went very good. 6 min in 3. McGowan & Cheney "Piano, Singing & Comedy" They do strictly a jazz act, lot of pep and fairly good singing, went over good. 16 min in 1. The Misses Cortez. "Singing & Dancing" Act very suggestive! would have to cut a lot out in most towns, in doing so act would die. Open spec drop in 3, close 2 min in 1. 12 Min Leigh DeLacy & Co. "Bringing Home the Bacon" A fair comedy sketck that did not regester here, Sketches do not have any drag here at all, what want here is a good singing act with plenty of girls or something with a lot of pep for a headliner. 16 Min C,D,F. Thursday. The Hallers "Aerial Artists" A fairly good act. does some good chair balanceing on trapeze bar. 8 min in 3. Jason & Harrigan "Piano & Singing" Two girls. a pleasing act, most of their numbers are of the popular order. they went very good. 11 min in 1. Lang & Long "Comedy Talking act" just a fair act, did not get over very good. spec drop in 1 13 min Exposition Four. "Colored Quartette" Very good. went fine plenty of life. saved the show. The quartette is some improvement over the feature acts we have had here for quite some time. Reddy Report on the Scenic show Monday Sept 20th.20. Spanish Goldini. Act consists mostly of spinning on sticks and a pole the various articles covering the floor and tables, and some tumbling. The act is out of the ordinary and it went very good. 9 min in Palace in 3 Two womwn and one Man. McCormack & Regay. Singing & Eccentric dancing. The Singing is very poor and the dancing did not start any excitiment. 12 min in 1. Poor entertainment. Ed.E.Ford. Funny faces & recitations. A fine entertainer Went verg good. 14 min in 1. could have done more and still finished strong. The Three Buddies. Juvenile Entertainers. Bag punching, and boxing. 10 min in 3. Went good, but the act is not fit for a headliner. the show as a whole is pleaseing but there is nothing to talk about. Reddy
