REPORT OF BIJOU THEATRE, WOONSOCKET, R. I., Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, January 31; Feb. 1 and 2. TOKI MURIATA--- In A Japanese Novelty. This act is like all other Jap acts--juggling with the feet--Also, performs on the slack wire. This act only went fair. 9 min. full. MASON & SHAW--- In "After a Girlie"--Two girls; one dressed as a boy in opening and closing; changes after first number. This act went rather slow at first, but their closing numbers went good; singing and dancing. Special drop. 14 min. FRED & MAE WARDELL--- In a Vaudeville Variety Act entitled "All in One". Act consists of comedy, singing, dancing and juggling. This act was full of laughs all thro and finished with a big hand. 9 min. one. QUIXEY FOUR--- The Boys with the pep. Pep is good for this act--for they kept things moving very lively. They all have good voices and their singing was enjoyed by the audience for they were not slow to show their appreciation by the hands they gave them all thro their act and the finish was an ovation. 17 min. in one. [Signature: A. S. Watson] Scenic Report on the Scenic show Jan 27th. 1921. Marlix & Rex. Acrobatic. A fairly good small time act. 6 min in 3. Gertrude Miller. "Singer" Advertised in the program as Dainty Miss. There is nothing dainty about her, if she weighs an ounce she will tip the scales over 180 lbs. Went very well this afternoon. Fairly good small time act. 13 min in 1. Baliot Trio. Revolving Trapeze. The man in the act acts as the pivot, and supports the trapeze bar on his sholders while the Two girls perform on the trapeze while in revolving motion, rather a novelty, and a good act. 8 min in 4. Walters & Walters. Ventriloquists. This act went big this afternoon. 13 min in 1. Show a big improvement over the first [illegible] of week. Reddy
