PROVIDENCE. R. I. E. F. ALBEE MARCH 28th, 1921 SHEET #2 - THE RIALS: The act offered by these people now could hardly be classed as a ring act, although they introduced some work on the rings at the start of their performance, the rest of it is made up almost entirely of talk a lot of it is quite funny and the audience seemed to enjoy it. The act could be placed to better advantage on No. 3, although when playing with Brown & O'Donnel on the bill, it is better to have it closing the show or after Brown & ODOnnel somewhere, as these boys work during the act in a manner similar to Joe Cook with the Alexander Brothers. They held the audience wonderfully well and Brown & O'Donnell's monkey work went far to helping out. Made quite a finish for the show. Altogether the act consumes 15 minutes full stage. CUTS: BROWN & O'DONNELL:- Please change the lines in the Ohio song that read "She is not naughty, but she knows all the words" and I kissed her on the Ohio. Cut all reference to the Stillman case, and please use the word measles instead of small pox in the joke applying thereto. Do not speak directly to any person in the audience. LARRY HAKINS & CO:- Please substitute another song for the one "The Older they get, the younger they want them." BROWN & JACKSON:- Please omit business of putting something in stocking and all the dialogue applying thereto. EDDIE FOYER:- Please cut reference to the Stillman case.
