REPORT OF BIJOU THEATRE, WOONSOCKET, R. I., Monday, Yuesday and Wednesday, April 4, 5 and 6. JESSIE FRANK--- The Surprise Girl. This act consists of bag punching. Have a number of bags which she punch from different angles. Also does a short dance; her chatter concerns bag punching. 7 min. full; went fair. FENWICK GIRLS--- "From Harmony Bat"--These girls have good voices which they used to good advantage to-day. They received good hands throuhg their singing and a big hand at finish. 12 min. in one. GEORGE MORTON--- "The Black Dot"--Singing, talking and dancing. This fellow surely got the audience right--was a hit from the very first--His funny sayings and the way he had of putting it over received many laughs and at the finish a great hand. 14 min. in one. RAYMOND BOND & CO.--- Two men and a woman. Story Book Stuff. This sketch Went rather weak this afternoon--Mr. Bond acknowledged this himself--walked out on him--but to-night is a different story--received continued laughter throughout the act and at finish a good hand. He was well pleased with his reception to-night. Stage settings are very tasty and looked very nicely from the orchestra. 22 min. full stage. [Signature: A. S. Watson]
