PHILADELPHIA B. F. KEITH'S APRIL 11th 1 KINOGRAMS & "TOPICS OF THE DAY" - Both very good. McINTOSH & MAIDS - (13 mins.) Did very well in the opening spot with the usual program of Scotch songs, music and dance. PARISH & PERU - (13 mins.) They mix some clever acrobatics with their dances and all of it brought liberal returns in the way of applause. Closed strong. FINK'S MULES - (11 mins.) A riot of laughs from start to finish and it is undoubtedly one of the best comedy animal acts in vaudeville. EDDIE FOYER - ([27?] mins.) Doing about the same act he did last year and doing nicely with it. He was a big applause hit. VALERIE BERGERE & CO. in "The Moth" - (20 mins.) We played this act last year when it was new, and it was just as big a hit this time. It is one of the best sketches Miss Bergere has presented in vaudeville and was very well received. CLAUDIUS & SCARLETT - (25 mins.) Their first appearance here in several years and they repeated their old-time hit, the act being a big applause winner all the way. PEARL REGAy - (25 mins.) This girl shows wonderful improvement since she appeared here with Lester Sheehan. She is a hard worker and her dancing is the most spectacular we have seen in a long time. She was a big hit. The jazz band helped her considerably. BEN BERNIE - (13 mins.) This fellow repeated very well. He has a lot of new material along the same lines used last season and it is very snappy stuff, and got a lot of laughs. He was a good sized applause hit and held down the next to closing spot in fine shape. Mirano Bros. (5 mins.) A very spectacular feature and an excellent closing act. It did well as a finish for this show. GENERAL REMARKS - A very satisfactory show from start to finish. It is well balanced, contains plenty of variety and ran smoothly. CUTS BEN BERNIE - Remarks "He's one of those fellows when he passes the firehouse the men all whistle."
