Show Report B F Keith's Theatre Boston. Week of Aug 1. Fables & Topics---- Good. Gold & Edwards-------- 10 min in 1 1/2 These boys are good dancers and went over big opening. Monroe & Grant ---- 7 min in 4 Trampoline act and went very good indeed. Edwin George----- 15 min in 1 Same old act but seemed to get over just as well as ever. Aileen Stanley--- 19 min in 1 A decided hit. De Haven & Nice---- 18 min in 1 Moved up from next to closing, these boys went over good at the night performance. Meistersingers------- 23 min F S. This well known singing organization have a well arranged program and went over very big. Their twelfth summer engagement here. Bert Fitzgibbon---- 22 min in 1 Not quite as "wild" as on previous visits but with the assistance of his brother Lew was a hit in this spot. Horace Goldin---- 20 min in 3 spec. Goldin has a great illusion in "Sawing A Woman In Half" and held the audience intact closing the show. Cuts Edwin George- Please eliminate the "every woman" gag, all reference to Ireland and to the Tufts trial. Bert Fitzgibbon-- Please eliminate "What the Hell" and business of snuffing coke. Operator- Please eliminate funeral subject from Pathe News.
