Boston Keith's Oct. 3, 1921 Aesop's Fable: Good Topics of the Day: Fair Elly: 9 min in full stage Little girl with a good routine of juggling, works fast and made a nice opener Clinton & Rooney: 17 min in 1 Did very well in this spot, but the man is inclined to stall too much. Closed to a good hand. Parlor Bedroom & Bath: 33 min in full stage. A very good comedy skit and an excellent cast. Got a lot of laughter and closed to a good hand. Herschel Henlere: 26 min in 1 This well known pianist, working alone, was a big applause hit. Frescott & Hope Eden: 14 min in 2-1/2 spec. Nicely staged mind reading act. Has been widely advertised and they gave a very satisfactory performance. Closed to a fair hand. Emma Carus: 20 min in full stage. Miss Carus assisted by Walter Leopold gave about the same acy as on her last visit here. Seemed to please and her burlesque dance at the finish put her over to a good hand. Ben Welch: 24 min in 1 Ben received the greatest ovation we have ever heard here both matinee and night. Great laughing his and closed to a big hand. Harry Fox: 20 min in 2-1/2 spec. A tough spot for Fox but he held everybody seated and closed to a nice hand. Miller Kent & Kuby: 6 min in full stage. Fast hand balancing act. Closed the show fairly well. Pathe News: Only fair Clinton & Rooney: Please have Miss Rooney wear fleshings.
