77 CHASE'S THEATRE. WASHINGTON, D. C. Week Nov. 16th. CHRISTINA'S DOGS, MONKEYS AND CATS. We have not played this act for about two years. It pleased then, pleases now and we regard the act as having decidedly improved. Full stage, can close in one. THE DELMORE SISTERS. Two nice appearing, handsomely gowned young women, with changes of costume, character, etc, who sing and play different instruments in a very acceptable manner. All in one. JOHNSON, DAVENPORT AND LORELLA. Their act, which is entitled "Two Foot-ball Players and a Farmer", from an acrobatic point of view, is unusually good and their low comedy rather pleasing. Their encore in one we do not think so much of, but it is not really bad. Full stage. EDMUND DAY AND COMPANY. "Shipmates". The reviews which have come to us were so highly commendatory that I presume we expected too much. It is a good comedy act well written and well played, but a little quiet and at times somewhat pathetic. Full stage. INTERMISSION. THE WILLIS FAMILY. These instrumentalists furnish music of the very highest order and gave an act which has no superior in its line. Full stage. Can close in one. HARRIGAN. I presume he does what is called his new act, but cannot notice any material change in it. Just as good as the old act and his peculiar mannerisms rather appeal to our audience. Opens in one, then two and closes in one. RYAN AND RICHFIELD. They have their new act "Mike Haggerty's Daughter", and it is our opinion, endorsed by the audiences, that it is a fitting and worthy successor to the old act. Full stage. THE VITAGRAPH Presents view of logging in Canada, which are good. H. Winnifred De Witt.
