87 HYDE & BEHMAN'S Brooklyn, New York City. Week commencing November 23rd, 1903. RAMZA & ARNO. Eccentric comedians. This is a comedy acrobatic act, have dummies and grotesque mule. A very good act for opening. Full stage. Time 9 minutes. THE BAILEYS. Rag-time dancers and Coon singers. Colored man and woman, doing the conventional colored act. It is a very lively act. Singing only fair, dancing rather rough. They close with Kinetoscope dance, and had great applause. Fair act and went well. All in one. Time 12 minutes. SMIRL & KESSNER. Bell-boy and Dangerous maid. Man and woman in a comedy acrobatic act. The man does some difficult tumbling, which is good, the womans dancing only fair. It is a lively act however, and goes well. They introduce a trick dog in closing, and with the buck dance, gives them a good finish with great applause. Full stage, close in one. Time 16 minutes. MR. & MRS. GARDNER CRANE. "Am I your wife," We consider this one of the best sketches played here. It is capitally acted, and received a most generous applause. Full stage. Time 28 minutes. LOWE HUGHES DUO. Lowe is a good Xylophone player, the woman a poor singer, we cut out the singing after Monday, and the act went better. All in one. Time 13 minutes. "MINSTREL MISSES". There are seventeen young and pretty women, all well trained. They first appear in a "white face" specialty, after which they apply burnt cork to their pretty feature, (this operation taking place in full view of the audience and affords considerable fun,) and give an old time minstrel first part, with "tambos", "bones," interlocutor and double sextette. Plantation songs and dances follow. It is a decided novelty here and goes great. Full stage. Time 21 minutes. FRANK BUSH. Story-teller. His first appearance here in some years. He has a lot of new yarns and tells them in that inimitable manner, which makes him a great favorite. He is undoubtedly, the hit of the bill. All in one. Time 19 minutes. WARD & CURRAN. "The Terrible Judge." This is the same act played here before and goes just as strong as ever. Full stage, close in one. Time 29 minutes. STELLING & REVELL. Horizontal Bars. We consider this a good act. Their work on the bars being good, and the comedy good. Held the audience to the finish. Full stage. Time 7 minutes.
