FRED GILLETT TRIO. "At a Theatrical Barbers".
This is a Comedy Gymnastic sketch, and a good one, for an opening act, it went unusually strong. Carry own setting. Full stage. Time 9 minutes.
AVON COMEDY FOUR. "The New Tutor".
An act after the style of Al. Leech, their comedy, singing and dancing, all good. They received a large amount of applause. It is a good act. Full stage, close in one. Time 22 minutes.
DOLAN & LENHARR. "Taking Chances".
This sketch has so often been commented upon, throughout the country, and is so well known, that it is needless to give a detailed account. They are great favorites here and the act goes very strong, both are accomplished players, and are well assisted by the house man. Full stage. Time 28 minutes.
COLBY & WAY. Ventriloquist and Dancing Doll.
Colby is a good ventriloquist, and is ably assisted by Miss Way. A clever and entertaining act. Full stage, close in one. Time 20 minutes.
EVA MUDGE. "The Military Maid".
In quick character changes. We consider this one of the best acts of the kind on the stage, her remarkable rapidity is wonderful. She is a very graceful and pleasing young lady. Has many new costumes, and a new closing song. Act goes very strong. Carry own stage setting. Full stage, close in one. Time 15 minutes.
DAN. DALY.
In imitations of his own characterization. Has two assistants. Mr. Daly is in good form and the act goes very strong. Everybody knows "Dan. Daly" and he is certainly a drawing card. Does his make-up on the stage, and carries on dialogue and sings at same time. His closing character song is great, and receives most generous applause. Full stage, Time 22 minutes.
CLIFFORD & BURKE. Black Face Comedians.
A good act and goes well. All in One. Time 14 minutes.
TOM. NAWN & CO. "Pat and the Genie".
A good strong comedy act, and goes great. The laughter is very hearty from start to finish. Full stage. Time 28 minutes.
BIOSCOPE. Pictures all good. Time 16 minutes.
