129 CHASE'S THEATRE. WASHINGTON, D. C. Week Dc. 28th. IRENE LATOUR. Assisted by her very clever little dog "Zaza", Miss LaTour did a splendid act largely in the line of contortion. I can most highly recommend this number for any position on a bill. Full stage, but can do entire act in one. MUSICAL DALE. He is certainly an artist, and in my judgment the best single instrumentalist in vaudeville. Full stage and can do an encore in one. JOE FLYNN. He did twenty minutes of talk and parody singing on Monday, but I cut him down to fifteen minutes, ten of which he delivers some very acceptable material. Audience appeared to like him. All in one. ROY AND CLARK. They are presenting their new act "Old Curiosity Shop", and it is equally as good if not better than any of their previous offerings. They carry their own setting, much trick apparatus, and with eccentric work, bright dialogue and good dancing, we give the act our unqualified approval. Full stage. INTERMISSION. HERBERT BROOKS. His work with cards is not easily surpassed, and the trunk mystery is the best we have ever seen. Good act. Full stage, short encore in one. MARIE DRESSLER. She is the great hit of the entire bill; is herself again with all the snap and vigor of her former days. She sings new songs and receives an ovation throughout. Full stage, doing an encore in one. THE HOOSIER ZOUAVES. You are all familiar with this act, which is meeting with just the same splendid success here as elsewhere. Full stage. AMERICAN VITAGRAPH. Shows scenes entitled "Our Barnyard Friends", which are good. H. Winnifred De Witt.
