159 HYDE & BEHMAN'S. Brooklyn New York. Week commencing January 18th, 1904. KENNEDY & ROONEY. Eccentric Dancing Duo. This is a very good opening act, and went quite as strong as most opening acts of this kind. Both very good dancers, with fair comedy. A good act and worthy of a better place on the bill. Full stage, close in one. Time 14 minutes. LAVENDER & TOMSON. "A Touchdown". We consider this a very good act. It is filled with bright material, pleased our audience and received much applause. Full stage. Time 21 minutes. DIXON BROTHERS. Novelty Musical act. A first-rate-musical act, went very strong. Their concertina playing more than good. All in one. Time 15 minutes. JOHN C. RICE & SALLY COHEN. "All the World loves a Lover". This is their second week and their sketch a most excellent one. As we said, last week, they are two admirable artists, they play this sketch to perfection, eliciting great applause. There are many strong points, and well brought out. Full stage. Time 24 minutes. EDDIE MACK Comedian. A good act, and went strong. All in one. Time 10 minutes. HAYES & HEALY. "The Clerk and the Bell Boy". Same act they played here Oct. 19th, and it goes just as strong as ever. A good act. Full stage. Time 25 minutes. WILL. H. SLOANE & YOLANDE WALLCE. "The Plumber". A good act, though the opening is rather tame, the finish is very strong. Miss Wallace is a handsome woman, and dresses well. Sloan is an artist and an accomplished player, his German dialect is first class, and from the time he sits down to play cards it is one continuous applause to the finish. Full stage. Time 23 minutes. CARLETON & TERRE. "A String Town Yap". Good comedians and singers, the act went very well. All in one. Time 17 minutes. DEWITT, BURNS & TORRANCE. The Awakening of Toys. This team has a very hard place on the bill, but they made good. They are good acrobats and fair comedians. It is a novelty and pleased the audience We consider it a good act. Full stage. Time 11 minutes.
