202 TEMPLE THEATRE, DETROIT, MICHIGAN. Week of Feb. 22nd 1904. WARTENBURG BROTHERS: Two german foot jugglers in a remarkably clever act. They opened the show, but proved to be good enough for any place on the bill. 9 mins. F. S. MUSICAL THOR: This act is similar to, other single turns but is not above the average run, and is far inferior to Musical Dale. 8 mins in 1. BELLMAN & MOORE: They lost their trunks and appeared in their street clothes but they made a decided impression on the audience nevertheless. and were one of the hits of the bill. 21 mins. F. S. PETE BAKER: German comedian in his same old act. He went very well here as he has not appeared here in two years. 18 in one. MIDGLEY & CARLISLE: Sager Midgley and Gertie Carlisle in "After School". Our audience think very well of this act, Midgley is an artist in his particular field and Miss Carlisle is one of the best in vaudeville of her sex. 21 mins. F. S. 3 in one. ENGLISH PONY BALLET: Eight pretty, fiery dashing English girls in dances that thrill by their strenuousness and dash. The best act of the kind that ever came from Merry England. 9 mins. F. S. KATHERINE BLOODGOOD: This handsome woman is an artist, a contralto of the educated school who draws educated classes to the boxes. 9 in one. Ernest HOGAN & MATTIE WILKES & CO. There is bit too much darkey in the sketch "The Missionary Man". The sketch is well written but we would rather have Hogan and Wilkes in their old singing turn. 26 mins. F. S.
