149 No. 2 Richard Golden & Co. Consisting of two men, two women, and a little girl, presenting the sketch, "Jed Prouty's Visit to Boston." This act is well known over the circuit, therefore discription [description[ is not necessary. The act is very pretty, with a little pathos and quaint humor being equally divided. While it did not make the impression on the finish as contemplated I fully believe it will draw the people. Full stage, two shows, 27 minutes. Melville & Stetson, Singing comedy, impersonation the different varieties of "The Same Old Girl." This act went fully as well as before. Miss Melville had them laughing from the start. 16 minutes, two shows, drop in one. Midgley & Carlisle, Presenting the sketch, "After School," This act is really closing the show, but it held them to the finish, every line going with a scream. Full stage, two shows, 25 minutes. Close in one. The Elgonas, European gymnastic. Man and woman giving a graceful exhibition on the flower-festooned flying rings. There is nothing sensational to this act, they make a pretty fair appearance and do some good work. Full stage, two shows, 11 minutes. BIOGRAPH, 23 minutes: "A Bargain Day Rush," Good, "Moulding by Machinery," " "Opening of the Baseball season Good, "Children's Hour on the Farm" Good, "From the Eye of Skycraper [Skyscraped. Good photo: "The Clown's Revenge," Good comedy, "Mid-Winter Bathing," 2d wk, Good.
