213 TEMPLE THEATER. DETROIT, MICH., JULY 17.-J. H. Finn. LATIMORE & LEIGH. Fine looking fellows who presented the old cabinet trick in a highly mystifying manner. They opened the show, being substitutes for the Three Madcaps, and made good. 16 min. F. S. FERRELL BROS. Comedy trick cycle act that stands on a par with any of them. While acts of this kind don't appear to take well here this one was received in a hearty manner. 10 min. F. S. SMITH & CAMPBELL- One of the best talking acts in vaudeville. Their "patter" was up to date and they made good every minute they held the stage. 20 min. in 1 CLAYTON KENNEDY AND MATTIE ROONEY-- This well known couple again presented "The Happy Medium," and with rather indifferent success. 23 min. F. S. COIN'S DOG PANTOMIME-- A small number of dogs presenting "It Happened in Dogville." This is a good dog act although some of the dogs did not work well at the first show. 10 min. F. S. STUART BARNES- Barnes did not go at all well on this occasion. His new material is not up to standard and he fell rather hard. 25 min. in one. THE HUNTINGS-- Again presenting "A Night in the Fool House." This is a good comedy acrobatic act but it has been seen here so often that our audiences are rather tired of it. 15 min. F. S. This is what might be called a real good summer show.
