#3.-Phila. SHERMAN & DeFOREST, "A Jay Circus":- 18 min. F. S. open in `1. This act is going to make one of the best closing sets in the business. It is rough comedy from start to finish and superabundance of fun. The two Rubes are the best Jays I have ever seen in a big Vaudeville act. The finish, with the Rubes on the trapeze, the donkey riding, the breakdown of the seats,, the collapse of the property giraffe, and all the rest are a howl. There is no doubt of the success of this act with all classes of patrons. On at 9:52. KINETOGRAPH: YELLOWSTONE PARK:- A very brilliant and highly colored travel film that holds the interest well. HAUNTED HOTEL:- This is the best comedy film that we have run since the "Rarebit Fiend". It has more laughs in it to the running yard than any series brought out of late. GENERAL REMARKS:- This show goes our pace one better, and it would be hard to prepare another bill that would discount it very much. The press and, best of all, the regular patrons unite in affirming that this is one of the best Keith shows ever presented to a Philadelphia audience. There is no weak spot even in the three-a-day section, and there are some features.--notably Mr. & Mrs. Truesdell who could go far down the bill with entire kcredit. It is unnecessary to say, that even though it is Lent, that with a bill like that the house will be jammed for the balance of the week. This sequence of the bill was so carefully arranged that there was no shifting of positions, and all parties concerned, --public, press, performers and management, were thoroughly well satisfied.- CUTS:- GREEN BROTHERS:- Throwing baseball bat into audience and drawing it back again. Burlesque prayer. -o-
