40. 125TH STREET THEATRE CRITICISM E.F. ROGERS March 4th, 1907 CONN & CONRAD: Well known. Secured some few giggles. Just about got by as an opener. 9 min.-full stage. CARSON & WILLARD: Second place on this bill for this act is about right. Went good in spots. 15 min. in one. HARRY L. TIGHE'S COLLEGIANS assisted by Miss Scarsdale: In the one-act musical comedy:-"Those Happy College Days" quite a novel act. Very ionteresting. It is quick and full of life. Woman's voice is a little off-color, but does not do much harm. Secured quite a number of laughs. 21 min.-full stage close in one about 1 1/2 in TROVOLLO: Presenting:-"The Hotel Office." Well known. Act remains about the same as when last presented. Secured quite a number of laughs altho ' did not make the impression as on former occasions. 20 min.-full stage close in one. JAMES HARRIGAN: Tramp Juggler. Remains the same. Has some new material. Secured quite a number of "forced" giggles. 17 min. in one E.M. HOLLAND & CO: Presenting:-"The Phantom Highwayman" 3 men. Mr. Holland impersonates Captain Redmond, same character as played by him Kyrle Bellew's production of "Raffles". His name is excellent as a headline feature and the act is thoroughly alright.
