47. CHASE'S WASHINGTON Week Mch. 11th, 1907 Swan and Bambard Two men, one a comedian, in an act which made good. Full stage, closing in one. The Three Roses A trio of young women in a singing and instrumental act which was received well in this position. Full stage, can close in one. The Three Roses A trio of young women in a singing and instrumental act which was received well in this position. Full stage, can close in one. Jack Whiteford A Scotch comedian, pleasant appearance and a very strong personality but evidently the American audience does not care for "Scotch" humor. Personally they liked him and when his act becomes more Americanized he more than likely make good. In one. Duffin-Redcay Troupe Four men in a casting act similar to that given by the Lukens and just as good. Full stage. INTERMISSION Armstrong and Clark Two men in a singing and piano playing sketch entitled, "Finding a Partner." One works straight and the other in blackface. They made a strong impression here. Full stage, closing in one. Julian Eltings Mr. Eltings is undoubtedly the best and most artistic impersonator of female types we have ever seen. Full stage, but he closed in one. Bert Leslie and Co. "Hogan's Visit". About the same act as "Going Ahead" only this one has a new finish. Good. The American Vitagraph "Life of a Cowboy". Fine. H. Winnifred De Witt.
