(125th STREET THEATRE CRITICISM-PAGE 2) WESSELY TROUPE: European Jugglers. A good act, but not at the price we are paying for it. Their work is nothing out of the ordinary, really the regulation tricks done by all performers. They received very little recognition until the finish,-the throwing of the plates, which is an excellent piece of work and carried them off very strong. 13 min CHAS. F. SEMON: "The Narrow Feller." This man held his own here in gret shape. Got quite a number of laughs with a big lot of applause. 21 min.-open in one 5 min and closed in one 5 min JUNIE McCREE & CO. Offering:-"The Man from Denver." Well known sketch. Held the attention throughout. Big applause on the finish. 27 min. COOK & MADISON: Well known. Negoiated this spot in good shape. Received quite a number of laughs and some fairly good applause on their finish. 13 min. 4 NELSON COMIQUES: Acrobatic Comedians. This act deserves a medal for being the roughest slap-stick acrobatic act on the stage. Rather disappointed. Will try and tone them down. Would not care to play them again. 11 min. KINETOGRAPH: "Cosmopolitan Dances" Good "The Mother-in-Law's Visit" Good comedy
