REMPLE THEATER, DETROIT, MICH. May 20, 1907. J. H. Finn. HATHAWAY & SEIGEL,- This is a good opening act of singing, dancing and comedy. 13 min. FS. 3 in one. ARMSTRONG & CLARK,- Two men in a comedy and singing act, one in blackface. They started the audience off in fine shape, the comedy appearing to catch the fancy of the crowd. 23 FS. 7 in one. Act was shortened about five minutes at the night show. MARZELO & MILLAY,- Bar act and burlesque wrestling that, as usual, made a hit with our audience. 11 min. FS. LEW HAWKINS,- Brought considerable new stuff, and dug up a roller skating rink song that he used just 25 years ago. He was a hit from the start. 15 min. HENRI FRENCH,- A very versatile fellow who did a little of everything, from juggling to impersonations a la Willy Zimmerman. He is a valuable asset to any bill. 17 min. FS. 7 in one. TOM NAWN & CO.,- Brought new scenery and his Irish comedy idyl "Pat and the Genii," appeared to have lost none of its interest for our audiences. It was one of the most pronounced hits of the bill. 24 min. FS. LES DUMONDS,- This singing and instrumental act was, as usual, well received. 13 min. in one. "THE STUNNING GRENADIERS,-" One of the most gorgeous singing acts ever seen here. It has been aptly named stunning, and Meredith Meredro, the principal, would be a star if she appeared alone. Her singing of "My Evening Star" was alone worth the price of admission. 20 min. FS. KINETOGRAPH,- "Mining" is a very good picture of the colleries in France, and well worth seeing.
