TEMPLE THEATER DETROIT, MICH. JUNE 10. J. H. Finn. LUCIA & VIATA- Wire act by two young women. A mildly interesting act, without anything special to recommend it. 8 min. FS. SWAN & BAMBARD- Too well known on the circuit for special mention. Went as well as on former occasions. 16 min. FS. Close in one. ALBERTINE MELLICH'S BIRDS- An interesting act particularly for women and children. The feature is a somersault cockatoo. 13 min. FS. BROWN & NEVARRO- In their well known character work in which they scored a success as on former occasions. 19 min. 3 special drops. All in one. GARDNER & STODDARD- C. Grant Gardner and Marie Stoddard in "Vaudeville Frivolities." First appearance here. Made a very good impression, and can be said to have scored a decided hit. The work of Miss Stoddard was particularly pleasing. 17 min. FS. 5 min. in one. THE FADETTES- Practically the same as when last here. The act has been kept up in fine shape, and is a treat to every lover of music. 30 min. FS. FRED RAY & CO.- Repeating the Roman travesty. This is one of the best laughing acts we play, and it went very strong as before. 19 min. in one. THE BOUNDING GORDON'S- Three men working straight acrobatics, also with tramplin. Very good act, but not sensational to any extent. 9 min. in FS. KINETOGRAPH- "Costumes of the Centuries," and "A Trip Through the Holy Land," are exceptionally fine pictures.
